Car leasing FAQs

Why is my funder going to pay a PCN?

Under the Protection of Freedom Act, if a private parking company hasn't been able to contact you about a penalty charge notice (PCN), the lease funder can then be held liable under 'keeper liability'.

If this happens your funder will pay the PCN and recharge this on to you, along with an admin fee.
