What should I do if receive a PCN but my car is exempt from the Congestion Charge?

Your vehicle must be registered as exempt with Transport for London, otherwise you'll be charged.

Call the customer service team on 0344 472 1081 and we’ll be able to help you get authority in writing from the lease funder to appeal a penalty charge notice (PCN) directly with Transport for London.
