What should I do if I receive a parking fine which I believe is invalid?

First, call Customer Services and they’ll be able to help.

You'll need to get a parking fine letter as your funder is the registered keeper of the vehicle which the team will be able to help you with. This gives you permission to contest penalties relating to the vehicle.

Once you have the letter, you can contact the issuing authority to contest it.
