Car leasing FAQs

Once a fine has been paid can I still contest it?

Yes. You'll need a third-party representation letter that allows you to contact the issuing authority directly. This is required because the funder is the registered keeper of the vehicle and the authority will need the letter to process your claim.

Call Customer Services to request a letter or speak to your funder directly.

It’ll be at the issuing authority's discretion whether they accept your appeal.

Some authorities allow you to contest a fine online, so check the relevant authority's website to see if this is available.
